Asparagus for breakfast??Absolutely!
The other morning we used asparagus in our breakfast burritos and it was FABULOUS!
Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Eggs (milk if you like that in your scrambled eggs)
- Olive Oil
- Tortillas
- Seasoning
- Salsa
Directions:
- Cut asparagus into bite size piece and fry a little in olive oil
- Scramble eggs, add asparagus to frying pan and add seasoning
- Put in tortillas, add salsa and enjoy!
This is a very simple breakfast recipe that helps you get your folic acid in while being delicious at the same time! Enjoy!!
